1. Transaction Cancellation Procedure

Order cancellations are subject to the Consumer Protection Law. An order may be canceled provided that the product has not been used, is in its original packaging, and includes all original tags and labels. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, according to the processing times of the bank or credit card company. Products purchased during sales or promotions are subject to a separate return policy as stated on the website. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

2. Defective Product Warranty

All products sold on the ANAYA PARIS website are guaranteed to be 100% authentic. The warranty is valid for 14 days from the order date (reduced to 5 days for products purchased during a sale or promotion). This warranty applies exclusively to manufacturing defects. It does not cover natural wear and tear, improper use, or damage caused by washing or maintenance not in accordance with the provided instructions. A return under warranty will be accepted only if the product is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all original tags and labels.

3. Delivery

Shipping is available within the territory of Israel only. The estimated delivery time is up to 3 business days from order confirmation. Orders will be delivered to the address provided by the customer at checkout. The company is not responsible for delays caused by force majeure, courier delays, or incorrect details provided by the customer. In case of an unusual delay, customers may contact customer service for assistance.
